Wenger beleives Lloris will stay with Lyon

Arsenal manager arsene wenger beleives that french goalkeeper Hugo Lloris will not leave french giants lyon. Wenger is an admirer of the 23-year-old but he doubts whether Lloris will be available in the short-term.

"He is under contract, so I don't see why he should go," Wenger told the clubs website.

"Lyon don't need money, they are a rich club."

TRANSFER RUMOURS (ARSENAL)

Let's take a look at the possible transfers Arsene Wenger could look to acquire in the summer window.

Nevan Subotic

The young serbian center-back has been impressive in the bundesliga and won the title of the 'New Vidic'. With Wenger looking to bloster his defence and Subotic's determination to become a huge star a move to the emirates could well be on the cards for around 15 million pounds.

Hugo Lloris

Wenger is in need of a new keeper as current No.1 Manuel Almunia has shown a poor display of goal keeping and the french NO.1 could look for a possinle move to the emirates in the summer for around 18 million pounds.

Marrounne Chamakh

Chamakh has strongly been linked with a move to Arsenal. Arsenal had a bid denied for the striker in the summer denied by Bordeaux which followed much controvesy's. But with his contract about to expire in the summer its almost certain that he will complete the move.
